We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and help us continue our mission of providing high-quality military apparel to those who serve.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate at Recon Wear, your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting customers in finding the perfect apparel and merchandise to suit their needs.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with our customers by providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Supporting inventory management, including restocking and organizing products.
- Working collaboratively with your team to meet sales goals and uphold Recon Wear’s reputation for excellence.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Is passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences.
- Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in maintaining a professional store appearance.
