We need someone with experience in all aspects of apartments maintenance operations:
Able to find appliances from local vendors for work orders.
Solid communication skills, responsible and proactive.
Attention to detail on repairs
Prefer a handyman that has knowledge on minor fixes & general maintenance around the apartments which includes:
Minor Plumbing for toilet and sinks
Some knowledge for flooring, drywall patching
Some knowledge on appliances
Replacement of wall outlets, light electrical
You will need to have your own transportation.
