job detailsWe have a client seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. This position is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt to new environments, work independently, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Procient with QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP & EXCEL
working knowledge of WORD, OUTLOOK
experience with ADP-RUN beneficial
comfortable with direct customer contact via phone and email as needed
ability to self-manage time and work independently
ability to problem-solve and discuss solutions with management
