Responsibilities:
-Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and routers.
-Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
-Program CNC machines using G-code or appropriate programming language.
-Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
-Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in CNC machining
-Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
-Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
Familiarity with measuring tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
