Non-smoking, non-drinking, must have drivers license, transportation (preferably a pickup truck), must be able to use general hand tools and yard maintenance equipment. Monday through Saturday ( depending on weather) generally 8 days per month, 4 to 6 hours per day. Must withstand a background check.
