Maintenance person needed by property investment company. Maintain grounds on commercial and residential properties, irrigation systems, and minor repairs. Must be skilled and knowledgeable with all types of lawn maintenance equipment. Knowledge with fertilizing is helpful also. Must have a trailer hitch or pick up truck, have good previous work references, and agree to a background check and drug/alcohol testing. Part time work to start, that can become full time for the right person. Starting pay around $15.00/hr. Could be more or less depending upon work experience.
