Fully dedicated as a SM/PM for all MLS deliverables and dates for all Salesforce projects and components
Lead daily scrum sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
Ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum practices and principles
Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team’s progress
Continuously work on process improvements to enhance productivity
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize tasks
Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices and Agile methodologies
Report on project progress, status, and metrics to stakeholders
What You’ll NeedRequired:
7-10+ years’ experience
Heavy familiarity with Salesforce
Scrum mastering technical components of salesforce integration
Familiar with data
Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Pub Subs, Python, and MuleSoft
Experience with Health Cloud and Data Cloud
Jira knowledge
Understanding of Agile
Possesses training, coaching, facilitation and collaboration skills to drive adoption of desired Agile mindset and behaviors, open transparency and collaboration and continuous improvement
Conflict Management, Problem Solving & Decision Making
Demonstrates Outstanding Interpersonal Communication Skills
Understands Change Management
Displays self-awareness and empathy. Motivates, encourages, and empowers others.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Preferred:
Healthcare experience
Scrum and/or Agile Certifications
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
