Job DescriptionAn employer is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Augusta area This person will be corresponding on the online chat portal, they may answer general inbound and, when needed, places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Takes care of inbound messages and calls and emails relating to general payroll inquiries.
