- Must have the ability to analyze customer needs, document requirements, and design technical solutions for enterprise environments
- Have Migration/ upgrade experience with messing platforms ( On-Prem Exchange to Exchange Online)
- Microsoft "cloud" solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Strong written and verbal skills for both business and technical perspectives
- Experience with implementing Microsoft Single Sign-On solutions (ADFA, AAD Connec, etc.)
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Client, Server), Windows configuration and Automation
- Working with Active Directory and group policy management
- Microsoft Exchange (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016)
- Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
- Previous consulting experience
- Microsoft SharePoint experience
- Virtualization using Microsoft Hyper-V
