Requirements:
Must own your own semi-truck
Minimum age: 22 years
At least 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years
Only experience verified by a North American carrier (US, Mexico, Puerto Rico, or Canada) will be accepted
Must meet federal DOT medical requirements and pass a DOT physical exam with a registered provider
Accident history: No more than one preventable accident in the last 3 years (subject to review)
Disqualifications: Any DUI/DWI, refusal to test, or open container violations in the past 10 years
