We are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients while promoting a sustainable future. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Solar PV Installers. No prior experience is required—training will be provided!

Job Description:

As a Solar PV Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar photovoltaic systems. This role involves working outdoors, primarily on rooftops, in various weather conditions, including extreme heat. You will work with a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and wiring, on residential and commercial properties.

- Perform site assessments to determine optimal installation locations.

- Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is compliant with local, state, and national codes.

- Carry materials and equipment weighing between 50 to 80 pounds.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions and addressing concerns during and after the installation process.

Requirements:

- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.

- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops in various weather conditions, including extreme heat.

- Ability to lift and carry 50 to 80 pounds of materials and equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus but not required.
