Job description:
We are currently seeking either contractors or companies interested in growing with a 28 Year old Direct Sales Company doing their own quality installations on the East Coast expanding to the West. We are looking for highly experienced installation teams to join us. You will be responsible for installing solar panel systems for residential clients, ensuring all systems meet our strict safety and quality standards. We are seeking contractors, companies, and licensed qualifiers.
Responsibilities:
- Install solar panel systems on rooftops or ground-mounts
- Ensure all systems are safely and correctly installed according to specifications and requirements
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with installed systems
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience installing solar panel systems
- Knowledge of electrical and construction safety guidelines
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
