About the Job:
- Basic Job Breakdown: Meet with home owners, diagnose plumbing issues, quote and repair plumbing issues. Ongoing communication throughout the day with the office is essential. A well stocked, clean & organized vehicle will be provided.
- Typical Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm. Standby weekend duty will be on a rotational basis.
- Compensation: This position is commission based. A solid self-motivated person can potentially earn 100K annually, not including bonuses.
About You:
- You possess a wide range of residential service work to include but not limited to, troubleshooting & repairs of typical residential plumbing issues. Proof of relevant plumbing experience must be provided.
- You are a self-driven, presentable individual with sales skills. This will make or break your earning potential.
- You are integral, personable and know how to strike up conversation and make people feel comfortable in the moment. Trust and relationship building is everything in this industry. You will be a representative of our company.
- Certifications: GA Journeyman License preferred (however, non-licensed candidates with relevant field experience will be considered).
Other:
- A company vehicle and uniforms will be provided.
- Drug & background screening will be performed
