We are seeking a reliable and skilled on-call handyman to handle various small household repairs and maintenance tasks for our apartment building. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Door Repairs: Fixing and adjusting door hinges, handles, and locks.
Plumbing: Addressing minor bathroom and kitchen plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faucet replacements.
Electrical: Basic electrical repairs, including light fixture installations and outlet replacements.
General Maintenance: Fixing minor issues throughout the building, including patching drywall, painting touch-ups, and other general repairs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of residential repair and maintenance work.
Reliable transportation and ability to respond to service calls promptly.
Must be located in or near Mableton, GA.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Ability to speak Spanish is required
