Welder MUST
Be able to repair wrought iron handrails.
Handyman MUST
Be able to repair decks, screens, wood fences, doors, siding, LVP flooring, painting, etc.
Be willing to work every day.
Have good communication skills
Have problem solving ability.
Be willing to work the entire Metro Atlanta area.
Successful candidate must have tools, truck/van and ladder.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have a valid driver's license.
Have dependable truck/van and tools.
Must be willing to take direction.
Must be neat, clean and professional.
