Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and a passion for providing exceptional service. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure that our clients enjoy optimal comfort in their environments.
Duties
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and heating systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems using tools such as an ohmmeter.
Perform necessary repairs on appliances and equipment related to HVAC systems.
Collaborate with clients to design effective solutions for their heating and cooling needs.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding service options and recommendations.
Adhere to safety protocols while working with ammonia refrigeration systems and other hazardous materials.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Experience
Proven experience in property maintenance or as a service technician in the HVAC field is preferred.
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to HVAC systems.
Hands-on experience with equipment repair, appliance repair, plumbing, and design of HVAC systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
