Need some help on a 3 man crew to finish off a beautiful victorian house that is being restored to its former glory.
I am looking for someone who knows how to fix:
drywall (hang/
paint
electricity (running wire, switch boxes, light fixtures)
plumbing (toilet, shower, vanity, sink installation)
floors
We are levelling floors, installing bathroom fixtures, painting, putting up crownetc. Everything to do with a rehab. We are done with the intense work now.
You should have at least 10 YEARS of experience and being able to work independently and know what you're doing. If you don't know what you're doing and have never been trained, we will know right away and you will have wasted everyone's time. This is not for someone trying to learn the business.
Please check map before applying and reply to this ad with how far you are away from the project. Let us know what you have experience in and what your salary expectations are. We can keep you busy at least for a month, probably longer. Also, we expect that you have references we can call who can confirm the quality of your work. If you don't have anyone, welldon't apply please. Do you have your own tools? And for those who are cut and pasting their responses to all ads, if you don't answer these questions, we won't give you application any consideration.
We are serious about getting someone as fast as possible. we pay weekly and we pay on timewe don't mess around with people's pay. Give us an honest day's work for reasonable pay and we might keep you forever. We already have a crew onsite, so please don't offer us a "crew"just need one more person to supplement what we have.
