Computer Technician (A+ or Net+ Certified Tech is a plus) may be required to make an average of 2 to 3 service calls a month. Car expenses will be provided if a company vehicle is unavailable.
We are a highly experienced and successful Digital Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Microsoft Windows-based POS, with a strong background in I.T. We seek a qualified, mostly in-house technician who is good with computers, making cables, serial adaptors/connectors, and IP networking knowledge.

Job Duties and Essential Functions:
Open and close the establishment
Identify, repair, and resolve clients' DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and Point-Of-Sale repair concerns. If you have good computer repair and networking knowledge, then configuring DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, and POS will be very easy.
Basic training will be provided on our equipment
Provide advice on the most suitable Surveillance solution choice for the new solution – Training will be provided
Manage inventory, prepare orders, and send orders
Serve as the first point of contact for phone support
Perform various administrative and office-related tasks as deemed necessary
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
Good understanding of computer systems and networks
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
Strong organizational, quantitative, and verbal/written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
Excellent follow-through, judgment, and common sense
Excellent attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products. Some knowledge of Linux is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with fellow team members
Trustworthiness
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour and a pay raise will be given after the three-month evaluation and training period, and the 2nd pay raise will be given six months after the first pay raise.
Schedule:
8-hour shift - 9 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday, unless you are at the customer side and want to finish the work.
