About Us:
At Rick Cargo, we are more than just a logistics company. We operate a fleet of 20 semi-trucks specializing in local, regional, and OTR hauling. Our 13,000 sq. ft. warehouse with 4 dock-height doors supports services like storage, cross-docking, load repairs, fulfillment, and more. We are growing fast, fueled by a passion for reliability, efficiency, and exceeding client expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a hungry, result-oriented individual who loves to achieve and grow in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have at least 1 year of sales experience, this role is perfect for someone looking to build a career where your success is directly tied to your efforts and creativity.
Your Responsibilities:
Sales
Engage new clients and introduce them to our logistics and warehouse services.
Promote our offerings, including storage, cross-docking, fulfillment, and more.
Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Actively pursue leads, follow up on referrals, and convert opportunities into revenue.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities in a CRM system.
Marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive customer interest.
Participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote services.
Share marketing content across various platforms to raise brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging in all interactions.
Compensation & Perks:
$30,000 base salary annually, plus 2.5%-5% commission depending on the type of customer and service.

Minimum Requirements:
Recent graduate or at least 1 year of experience in sales.
