We are a fast-growing direct marketing company specializing in customized, results-driven marketing solutions for automotive dealerships. Our mission is to help dealers increase traffic, generate leads, and drive sales through proven, data-backed direct marketing campaigns — including mail, digital integration, and event marketing.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships with car dealerships and offering them tailored marketing strategies to help them grow their business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and acquire new car dealership clients within an assigned territory.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with dealership decision-makers (GMs, GSMs, owners).

Present and sell direct marketing services (mail campaigns, digital solutions, staffed events).

Develop customized proposals based on dealership goals and needs.

Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing.

Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to upsell and ensure campaign success.

Track all sales activity in CRM system and provide regular pipeline updates.

Stay up to date on automotive trends and dealership marketing needs.

Qualifications:

2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive or marketing industry.

Strong understanding of automotive retail operations and dealership sales process is a plus.

Proven ability to develop new business, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily within your territory.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

What We Offer:

Uncapped commission structure. Average Commission is $6500.00 per deal. Plus, its residual commission!
