Job Summary: Leads Provided - No Cold Calling - we are looking for a CLOSER. Income potential $150k+ annually
The In-Office Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads for home renovation projects, working closely with real estate investors and homeowners. This role involves managing client relationships, presenting renovation proposals, and coordinating with our in-house renovation team to ensure client satisfaction. Experience a Plus. Must be good with CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential clients, including homeowners, real estate investors, and property managers, through provided leads, referrals, and cold outreach.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Conduct market research to identify high-potential neighborhoods for renovation projects.
Sales and Client Engagement:
Present tailored home renovation proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our services and the potential return on investment.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals while maintaining profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about real estate market trends, home renovation costs, and industry best practices in Indiana.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, home improvement, or a related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of home renovation processes, materials, and costs is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
