About the Role:
$40,000 base salary plus aggressive incentives—$75,000+ realistic first year, $200K+ as you grow!

Your mission: Quickly process and screen a large number of pre-qualified candidates weekly—we provide the leads, you make the hires!
Easy, streamlined onboarding and hiring process—just review applications, conduct virtual interviews, and get people started!
What You’ll Do:
Manage candidate communications and schedule virtual interviews
Screen applicants per company guidelines and requirements
Onboard new hires and ensure all paperwork is completed
Hit volume targets consistently—no cold calling or hard sales
Collaborate with our friendly management team and help others launch rewarding remote careers
Who You Are:
Organized, efficient, and comfortable with high-volume workflow
Exceptional communicator – written and verbal
Understands recruiting basics (no staffing agency experience required)
Enjoys helping others start new jobs
Computer savvy; able to use online recruiting platforms and video interview tools
Remote position – work from anywhere with reliable internet
