Are you an experienced telemarketer looking for a flexible, remote opportunity?

We are looking for seasoned telemarketers to work remotely using a state-of-the-art virtual dialer system integrated with a customized CRM for nurturing solar sales prospects. This position offers complete flexibility and allows you to manage your tasks on-the-go through a mobile app.

About the Role:

20-25 hours per week (3-5 hours/day, 4-6 days a week) with flexible hours. Work when you decide to, but put in the time!

Use proven scripts to convert raw homeowner data into qualified leads who are ready to speak with a seasoned solar sales

representative.

After qualifying prospects, you'll schedule a 5-10 minute discovery call with an experienced solar sales representative.

Collaborate with the sales team to gather key info that will help the sales representative make the most of the follow-up call.

The goal is to generate quality appointments for our seasoned sales reps, helping them close more deals and get installations.

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-based on solar sales that progress to installation.

Weekly spiffs and performance bonuses for setting quality appointments.

Potential to earn high five figures and even six figures with consistent effort and great performance. For an effective phone

professional willing to put in consistent effort, this position can pay a FULL TIME INCOME with part time hours!

What We Are Looking For:

A self-motivated telemarketer who can work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills—you should be comfortable and confident talking to strangers.

Strong lead generation ability—turning a cold lead into an interested prospect.

Commitment to working 20-25 hours per week.

Previous experience or some knowledge in solar is a plus but not required—we value enthusiasm and consistency more!

Proven ability to engage and connect with people—help turn raw data into real opportunities.

You’ll need a laptop or PC with a solid internet connection and possibly an inexpensive headset or microphone with wired

ear bud(s) and a quiet place to work remotely.
