Location: Atlanta GA 30319Duration: 18 monthsSystems EngineerThe Systems Engineer will provide technical solutions for network cloud infrastructure within Client next generation networks and others, working closely with the client, e2e solution engineers/architects, and technical SMEs while meeting client requirements in the time frame required using Agile methodologies.What will your job look like?- You will support OSS and BSS Applications and workflows in a SAFE/Agile environment- You will develop system requirements / user stories and interface technical design specifications- You will identify process flows and system impacts and provide estimates- You will Identify, analyze, and resolve gaps, developing change request documents as needed- You will apply Client and industry standards / best practices where applicable- You will support testing teams providing input and reviewing test plans and test cases- You will drive alignment of project timeline from backlog to deployment with scrum master and development teams- You will work in DevOps advanced processes closely with the client, development and test Automation as one unitAll you need is. - Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent - Experience supporting OSS and BSS Applications and knowledge of workflows - Knowledge of inventory and provisioningAdvantage:- 3-10 years' IT experience with at least 3 years in Telecom domain - Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous delivery pipeline (CI/CD) - Strong process, systems and data analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions - Communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation - Leadership skills, able to work and direct in cross-functional project teamsEven better if you have - Telecom industry standards knowledge, primarily TM Forum eTOM, TAM and SID - Experience working with ServiceNow - Work experience with cloud computing, Kubernetes, and open source products - Microsoft Azure Certification
