Resident Manager Responsibilities include: Supervision and Management of residents, general maintenance, and day-to-day enforcement of rules and regulations in a home-like setting. Ability to communicate effectively, knowledge of personal hygiene and common health practices. Monitoring resident behavior, submit daily reports concerning house activity. Knowledge of basic computer and email skills a plus, but not required. Mandatory monthly drug screening for all resident.
