Position: Independent Contractor / Skilled Handyman

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per week
Property preservation work may include but is not limited to:
● Inspections
● Winterization
● Lock Changes
● Debris Removal
● Lawn Maintenance
● Snow Removal
● Janitorial Services
● Board-Ups
● Submitting Bids for Minor & Major Repairs
● Completing Minor & Major Repairs
● Electronic completion and Submission of documentation
● Taking clear pictures.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own necessary tools and equipment (ladders, power tools, lawn equipment, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Valid SSN, EIN, or business license (ABC Number)
