ArborForce Tree Services is a reputable tree services company specializing in tree removal, pruning, and maintenance. We take pride in our commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Crew Schedulerto join our team.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling Projects:
◦Develop and communicate crew schedules for tree projects.
◦Assign crew members to specific jobs based on availability, skills, and project requirements.
◦Optimize crew assignments to ensure efficient use of personnel and equipment.
◦Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed.
Customer Interaction:
◦Act as the main point of contact for customers.
◦Schedule appointments for estimates, consultations, and project updates.
◦Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
◦Ensure excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Crew Support:
◦Collaborate with crew leaders and arborists to coordinate work assignments.
◦Collect and organize project details, including site locations, equipment needs, and crew availability.
◦Maintain effective communication with crew members regarding schedule changes and updates.
Operational Excellence:
◦Monitor operations (tree projects) and adjust schedules during inclement weather or other disruptions.
◦Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
◦Arrange accommodations for crew members as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in computer applications (scheduling software, email, etc.).
Physical stamina to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
