We are looking for INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our REMOTE New Sales Team in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Our Inside Sales Representative will DEVELOP new LEADS by communicating with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and ensuring a smooth introduction to our products from a list of businesses provided to you.
You should be able to CAPTURE SALES LEADS and MEET QUOTAS.
To be SUCCESSFUL as an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very COMPETITIVE and a GOOD LISTENER.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Communicating with Potential Customers by making Outbound Calls.
Understanding Customers' Needs and Identifying Sales Opportunities.
Answering Potential Customers' questions via email and sending additional information.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating Files and maintaining a Database of Current and Potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of Products.
Staying informed about competing Products.
Upselling Products.
Researching and Qualifying New Leads.
Achieving Sales Quotas.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
No Work Experience Required
6 Months of Previous Experience in an Outbound Call Center
or a Customer Service or Retail Sales position is preferred.
Ability to achieve targets.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
SIGN-ON BONUS $100

Pay rate: $10 Per Hour
Part-time: 25 hours per week
