NewSouth Window is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator is responsible maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring daily processes are completed. The daily processes will include but are not limited to maintaining CRM accuracy, creating packets for each install, providing white glove customer service to our customers, and answering incoming calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
We are looking for a Team Player who has excellent customer service skills and someone who can multitask. Construction industry experience preferred but not required.
Track each job through the back-end process and update CRM accordingly
Communicate with production department on orders and issues with products
Track receipt of inventory and update CRM notes
Assist with product ordering as needed
Confirms accuracy of paperwork, payment, and customer information
Communicate updates to customers
Accurately note all interactions with customers regarding order fulfillment
Assist with scheduling and service logistics
Maintain clean and accurate documentation
Answer incoming calls, return overnight messages, and ensure customer satisfaction
May occasionally require moving heavy products
