PART TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Provide support to general management as needed.
QB Data Entry as needed
Assist with completing bid forms
Assist with certification renewal
Assist completing and following up on vendor registrations
Direct assistance to CEO as required.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
Excellent Multitasking, Organizational and Time Management Skills
Ability to prioritize.
Detail Oriented
Self-starter with proven ability to meet goals.
Goal-oriented skills. The ability to manage and bring closure to your action items is key.
Problem Solver
Independent - Ability to work alone without supervision.
Many assignments will require that you handle information that is proprietary and/or confidential, so govern yourself accordingly.
Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week
Work is primarily remote, but you may be called into office meetings
If you have experience working in a construction company office or environment, that will be considered a plus
