Beacon Hill is seeking a motivated and organized candidate for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant contract role in Atlanta, GA. This role will help increase the productivity of our professionals by managing various administrative tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage travel arrangements (domestic and international), including itineraries, visas, and accommodations.- Assist with calendar management and scheduling for multiple professionals, including meeting coordination.- Prepare, track, and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.- Process invoices and assist with other administrative processes as needed.- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and activities (venue reservation, hotel bookings, catering, communications).- Prepare and organize materials for client proposals and presentations (contract tracking, document archiving).- Provide front desk reception and back-up coverage (answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail and deliveries).- Address and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.- Handle special projects with tight deadlines.Experience:- 3 - 4 years of solid administrative experience.- Must be proficient in calendar management and expense reporting.- Experience supporting 5-15 individuals in a professional setting.- Strong experience with international travel booking is a plus.Key Skills Required:- Heavy calendar management for multiple professionals.- Travel booking (domestic and international).- Expense reporting and invoice processing.- Event coordination and catering management.- Office supply management and vendor coordination.If you're ready to step into a dynamic professional setting and support our client, your role will be integral to their team's success.
