In this role, you'll provide vital support to our day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing calls
Scheduling Appointments and managing calendars
Maintaining filing systems
Composing and editing documents
Assisting with some administrative tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software programs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bilingual in English and Spanish - Not required but preferred -
