Are you looking for a part-time/full-time position that offers hands-on administrative experience and the chance to learn about real estate? Our growing brokerage is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant to help with interviewing and onboarding new agents!
What You’ll Do
- Schedule interviews with potential real estate agents
- Communicate with candidates via phone and email
- Keep track of applicant information and interview dates
- Organize basic paperwork and ensure candidates have the right documents
- Provide general office support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Hours & Pay
Flexible hours (part-time and full-time positions available)
Hourly pay, based on experience
