Job Opportunity: Bilingual Account Coordinator
Location: Doraville, GA (right by the spaghetti junction)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Are you fluent in Spanish-English or Portuguese-English and passionate about building strong client relationships? We’re looking for a Bilingual Account Coordinator to join our team! Prior computer skills are not required, but we value individuals who are eager and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
Communicate effectively with teams to coordinate schedules and service delivery.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates and support.
Assist with documentation and basic record-keeping (training will be provided).
Contribute ideas and solutions to improve client satisfaction and processes.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish-English or Portuguese-English (required for both verbal and written communication).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Open to learning new skills, including computer applications and tools.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is helpful but not required.
