We are looking for a responsible full time Flooring Assistant Project Manager for our restoration division.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Work 40 hrs. a week - weekend time as needed on call
Oversee the repairs on insurance claims from cradle to grave
Handle requests and queries appropriately about repairs
Project Manager handles all sub contractor scheduling
Communicate with customers and follow their repair process to their satisfaction
At least 2 years Administrative experience. Construction experience a plus .
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and a high level of confidentiality
