1. What You’ll Do:
- Keep the Office Running: Coordinate supplies, assist visitors, and support daily operations.
- Onboard: Support the hiring, interviews, and smooth onboarding for new team members.
- Manage HR Essentials: Assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance using our HR systems.
- Champion Safety: Partner with the EHS Manager to promote a safe, compliant workplace.
- Support Our People: Address employee questions, resolve issues, and maintain an open-door policy.
- Stay Organized: Keep records, files, and spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
2. What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years’ experience in HR administration, office management, or both (manufacturing experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- HR Generalist background is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
