- Understand business requirements in the Capital Markets Domain and translate them into technical requirements
- Develop application in Java FSD – Java, Springboot, Micro-Services, Kafka, MongoDB
- Use Visual Designs (PSD files) to develop responsive web and Single Page Applications consuming server-side JSON restful services
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries
- Manual and Automated Unit Testing
- Discuss with offshore team on tasks to be done, and mentor junior members of the team.
- Performs design & code reviews for team members.
- Train, conduct interviews and build new high performance front end teams.
- Experience working in Capital Markets
- Java FSD – Java, Springboot, Micro-Services, Kafka, MongoDB
- Experience in Automation tools/scripts like Python etc.
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience and strong Full Stack Development programming
- Experience with micro services
- Proficiency in Springboot
- Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net is a nice to have
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
- Strong Technical Leadership experience and good Communication Skills
- Ability to interact with Customer and provide technical inputs/leadership
- Co-ordinate with and provide direction for offshore team
- Exposure to agile technology and Good Understanding of Agile (Scrum) ceremonies.
