ADMINISTRATOR - EXECUTOR OF SMALL ESTATE NEEDED

Administrator - Executor of small estate needed. TRUE CIRCUMSTANCE. I am seeking an honest and reliable person with excellent focus and patience to manage and liquidate my small estate in Lilburn, Georgia. I have cancer and none of my remaining family can manage this large responsibility due to the distance to where they live or their own health issue. Guaranteed there would be no remaining family members who would contest or cause any legal problem. I am seeking preferably someone who is retired, however all interested applicants will be considered. This job will require lots of time - but there would be a full year to resolve all matters. This job would require some out of pocket expenses such as a filing fee, and mowing the lawn, however there would be full compensation for any out of pocket expenses. Guaranteed, there are enough funds in the estate to cover the administration fee for this job plus expenses, (receipts for expenses would be required). The pay is guaranteed. The job could be challenging for some people. Seeking a person who follows through and completes tasks. You do not have to be an attorney and you do not need to have a legal background for this job.
