Location: Greater Metro Atlanta Area (30-40 mile radius)
Compensation: $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly

We are seeking a reliable, committed and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Professional to join our growing team. As member of our team, your daily tasks will involve comprehensive residential cleaning, either independently or as part of a team, and traveling between client homes to complete scheduled cleanings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties, including: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and floors in all living spaces, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and reporting low supply levels to management.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide polite and professional communication.
- Address client questions or concerns in a timely manner.
- Travel between client locations as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have your own reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have daily access to a smart phone and the internet.
- Prior experience working as a professional cleaner is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to thorough, high-quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to work a full day on your feet for 6-8 hours, completing a variety of different cleaning tasks and client cleaning requests.
