Coleman Burnett, Inc. is hiring a qualified Landscape Maintenance Supervisor for our maintenance team in Duluth, GA.
Responsibilities as a Supervisor include but are not limited to:
Field operations: Overseeing the use of labor, equipment, and materials to complete work on time and within budget
Staff Management: Supervising, training, and evaluating staff, and providing guidance and mentorship
(Track team member hours to ensure accurate payroll)
Customer Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact between the customer and the crew
Maintenance Tasks: Directing workers to perform assigned tasks with extreme attention to detail
Quality Assurance: Spot checking work to ensure timely and proper completion
Safety: Ensuring that workplace health and safety regulations are followed
Environmental Impact: Advising workers on how to reduce the environmental impact of their work, such as proper
soil and water management
Communication: Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Landscape Supervisor position
Valid Driver's License (Must pass MVR requirements for Insurance eligibility)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform physical labor on a daily basis while working in a team atmosphere and contributing to the success
of the company
Extensive Irrigation experience to include controller adjustment and other repairs
