We are a growing landscaping company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a crew providing high-quality maintenance for residential and commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to our standards. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, operating and maintaining equipment, training and mentoring crew members, tracking time and materials, and communicating with management and clients.
Applicants should have at least two years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience, with leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and equipment is required, along with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. You must be able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
