South Fulton based lawn service company is seeking full-time dedicated and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn care services to our clients. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes. Must have transportation to and from work and be able to work between 8 -10 hours daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns using various types of lawn maintenance equipment.
- Perform routine lawn care tasks, including weeding, fertilizing, aerating, and mulching.
- Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Assist in the clean-up of debris, leaves, and other waste from lawns and gardens.
- Apply pesticides and herbicides as needed, following safety guidelines.
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
