Available Positions:
1. General Laborers -
As a General Laborer focused on a multitude of tasks, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our workspaces. You'll maintain all safety standards while moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials. Additionally, you'll perform some specialized tasks which may require on-the-job training.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all workspaces
- Pick up litter and trash to maintain a pristine environment
- Adhere to and maintain all safety standards
- Move, secure, install, build, load, and unload materials as needed
- Operate equipment such as skid steers and tractors (experience is a plus)
- Assist with various projects and tasks as directed by supervisors
- Operate hand and power tools as necessary
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general labor or construction preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Ability to walk steep hills and navigate rough terrain
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience operating skid steers, tractors, or similar equipment (is a plus)
- Carpentry skills (is a plus)
- Painting skills (is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license may be required for some tasks

2. Grounds Worker
Our Grounds Workers are essential to keeping our properties clean, safe, and visually appealing. You’ll be responsible for a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks, including landscaping, lawn care, and general exterior upkeep. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining well-kept environments, and can handle physical tasks with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn care duties, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Maintain landscaped areas by weeding, mulching, planting, and pruning
- Clean and maintain outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and entrances
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, or storm prep
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Perform basic exterior repairs and upkeep (e.g., fences, signage, minor painting)
- Support with debris removal, cleanouts, and other general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment and power tools
- Strong physical endurance and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team

3. Handyman
Our Handymen play a vital role in maintaining and improving the overall condition and functionality of our properties and facilities. You’ll be responsible for a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across residential and/or commercial settings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and ensuring spaces are safe and functional.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs including drywall patching, painting, and basic plumbing or electrical work
- Install, repair, or replace fixtures such as doors, windows, shelves, and hardware
- Maintain and repair flooring, including minor carpet, tile, or laminate work
- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Assist with property cleanouts, debris removal, and minor landscaping tasks
- Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications:
- Prior handyman, maintenance, or construction experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a variety of tasks
