Location: Gainesville, GA 30506
Schedule: 10–20 hrs/week, 3 days/week (Mon/Wed/Fri preferred)
Pay: $20–$28/hr
Lakefront household (father + adult son) seeking a reliable, organized Home Manager to help keep a 6,000 sq ft home tidy, organized, and running smoothly. Light cleaning + strong organization skills are the priority.
Responsibilities
1. Organize kitchen, pantry, drawers, closets, and project rooms
2. Light home cleaning + weekly resets (tidy rooms, wipe surfaces, rotate floor care)
3. Laundry (wash/dry/fold/put away)
4. Light meal prep + simple batch cooking (healthy lunches, snacks)
5. Grocery shopping + errands (Whole Foods, BJ’s, etc.)
6. Track household supplies + restock
7. Maintain vendor list (cleaners, painters, yard service)
8. Prepare home before/after travel (several trips per year)
9. Work independently and proactively
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy
- Good communicator, proactive, outcome-focused
- Comfortable working alone in a large home
- Experience with home support, organizing, housekeeping, or caregiving
- Within 20–30 minutes of Gainesville
Requirements
1. Valid driver’s license + reliable car
2. Able to lift light items and manage stairs
