Pay: $24/hr – Bi-Weekly Pay

MGR Workforce is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews on construction projects in Atlanta. This role is key to ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage crews to complete projects successfully

Train and develop team members to ensure safe and efficient work

Maintain clear communication with supervisors, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Ensure work meets or exceeds quality standards and client expectations

Plan daily tasks and delegate responsibilities appropriately

Troubleshoot and solve problems on-site to keep work on track

Enforce OSHA-compliant safety procedures at all times

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Prepare surfaces and oversee concrete restoration, coatings, and other construction tasks

Safely operate hand and power tools, forklifts, skid loaders, boom lifts, and more

Handle site prep including scaffolding setup, stage protection, and debris removal

Document project progress using construction software

Take charge of job site operations in the absence of the Superintendent

Requirements

Previous experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in construction

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and dedication to safety

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to operate construction equipment and tools

Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
