Salary: $25-$35/hour, based on experience
We are offering $20 per hour for a 4-week trial period. If your performance exceeds expectations during this period during this time, we will adjust your pay accordingly and reimburse you for the hours worked at the new rate.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and woodworking, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Responsibilities include constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. The candidate should be proficient in reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and working independently or as part of a team. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues is essential.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter
Proficient in woodworking techniques and tools
Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring manual labor
Reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a drug test
Experience with interior and exterior projects
Ability to work 8-5, Monday through Friday
