We're looking to hire a full time admin assistant who has office experience as well as HR experience. Even though our HR department isn't big enough to hire its own full time person, we are looking to grow and expand and you could be a key part of that growth!
Basic Office Experience Required:
- Type at least 50 WPM (you will be tested at the interview)
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Jotforms
- Computer savvy
- Filing documents
Some daily duties consist of but are not limited to:
- Assist with converting our HR documents into Jotforms/digital format
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of workers by following company procedures & guidelines
- Assist in developing our HR department
- Assist with incoming calls
- Assist with scheduling customers for estimates
- Assist with keeping office supply inventory
- Assist with small research projects
- Assist with making follow up calls with our customers
Monday through Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
