e are hiring a dedicated and compassionate live-in caregiver to work alternating weekly shifts (one week on, one week off) providing care to an elderly couple in a private home in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a long-term role offering free room and board during scheduled shifts, with a $2,400 pay per two-week period.
Schedule:
Live-in, one week on / one week off
$2,400 per shift (2 weeks of work)
Room and board provided during scheduled work weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily routines: dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility
Provide compassionate dementia care (one client has cognitive impairment)
Prepare and serve home-cooked meals
Maintain a clean and safe home environment: laundry, kitchen upkeep, and common areas
Offer companionship and emotional support
Provide nighttime support, including repositioning one client
Medication reminders and monitoring for changes in condition
Qualifications:
Prior dementia care experience strongly preferred
Proven experience as a live-in caregiver, HHA, or CNA
Patient, respectful, and emotionally steady
Ability to work independently with good judgment
Strong communication and organization skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
