Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in behavioral health, applied behavior analysis, and patient care, particularly with individuals on the autism spectrum.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to modify behaviors and improve social skills
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals working with patients
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Experience in patient assessment and data collection
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
