Pantry Cook Needed Immediately

Night time pantry cook needed immediately for a highly rated independent contemporary restaurant. 6 nights a week preferred. 3:00 or 4:00 to close depending on how much prep for the station is needed. Possibly could deal with 5 nights a week. Prep and work the pantry station including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts (the desserts are already made for you except for some small parts). Need to be a quick learner and have a good eye for plating beautiful plates in a fast and efficient manner. It's a busy station good multi-tasking skills are important.
